CUP is headed by a Board of Management appointed by the Executive Director. New Board Members are appointed by the CEO and approved by the BOM. The organizational structure includes the BOM, Executive Director (ED), and three managers: Operations, Programs, and Resource Mobilization. These four forms the Decision-Making Unit (DMU) of CUP.
